Vineyard located in El Bierzo. Small parcels of Godello located in Carracedo, Valtuille and Villafranca del Bierzo, the average age of the vineyard is 20 years.

Soil

Due to the different vineyard areas, the type of soil is very varied, clay-limestone in Valtuille and Villafranca, stony in Carracedo and slate in Espanillo.

Prepared by

After a manual harvest in boxes, the grapes are selected and passed through a pneumatic press. The must ferments at low temperature, the fine lees are selected for an aging of 10 months with weekly batonnage in an oval foudre of 4000L. Bottling is done with a light clarification and filtering.
