The Estaladiña vineyard is located in Cacabelos at an altitude of 540 meters above sea level. The vineyard is 25 years old.

After a manual harvest, the grapes are selected and part of them are crushed without destemming. Fermentation and aging are done in 400 L earthenware jars for 10 months. Bottling is done after clarification.
