Small parcels of Godello located in Carracedo, Valtuille and Villafranca del Bierzo, the average age of the vines is 20 years -The Doña Blanca comes from old bush vines collected in Espanillo, Valtuille and Carracedo.

Soil

Due to the different vineyard areas, the soil type is very varied, clay-limestone in Valtuille and Villafranca, stony in Carracedo and slate in Espanillo.

Prepared by

After a manual harvest in boxes, the grapes are selected and passed through a pneumatic press. The must ferments at low temperature. Bottling is done with a light clarification and filtering.
